The Swedish design group Front may Torsten and Wanja Söderberg Prize of one million crowns. Sofia Lagerkvist, Charlotte von der Lancken, Anna Lindgren, FrontPage may receive the prize for "historic skills combined with a high and thorough knowledge of today's most
important design tools.
Torsten and Wanja Söderberg Prize has been awarded since 1994 and is one of the largest of the design and crafts area.
Last year's winner was a Finn, Harri Koskinen, the man behind the iskubsliknand e Block lamp.
Previous winners include Swede Mats Theselius, Norwegian and Icelandic Peter Opsvik Steinunn
