Minced meat with zucchini gratin
Ingredients:
* 500 grams ground beef
* 2 pc zucchini
* 1 onion (s)
* 1 x garlic clove (s)
* olive oil
* salt and black pepper
* 3 cup crushed tomatoes
* 1 pc bay leaf
* oregano
* 1.5 dl cream
Cooking:
the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut the zucchini into slices lengthwise. Season with salt on both sides and let the water down for 30 minutes.
Rinse and dry.
Chop onions and garlic. Fry ground beef, onion, garlic in oil and salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes, bay leaves, oregano and cream. Let boil while.
Cool sauce and zucchini in a greased form. Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve with a salad.
