Ingredients:
4 pc egg white (s)

Garnish

Cooking:
1st Beat the egg whites very hard. Add 1 cup of sugar at a time and whisk in the meantime. Gently fold Rice Krispies.
2nd Spread the batter in a large circle on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mark the center of the cake so that the edge around a little bit higher. Bake for 2 hours at 125 degrees.
3rd Mix all ingredients except for äggsmörkrämen butter in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring constantly. Remove from heat when it begins to thicken. Add the butter cream klickvis while cooling down.
Let the cream cool completely in refrigerator.
4th Spread the cream on the bottom. Fill with berries. Whip the cream and spread it on top. Let the cream cool completely in refrigerator.
Garnish with the rest of the berries and powder with a little icing sugar.
